Onde-onde


Onde-onde 所要的材料 (Ingredients):

皮料 (Skin Ingredients) :
200g 水磨糯米粉 glutinous rice flour
160g 番薯 sweet potato
2 tsp Pandan Juice
水 适量 water
少许青色素 green colouring

馅料 (Filling) :
120g 椰糖 (切碎)gula Melaka (crushed)
2tbsp 幼糖 castor sugar

沾皮料 (Coating) :
1/2 粒嫩椰丝coconut (grated)
1小撮盐 pinch of salt




做发 (Method) :

1. 把蕃薯蒸熟去皮压烂,加入其余皮拌匀,搓揉成软硬适中之粉团。
1. Steam sweet potato until soft, skinned and finely mash, then knead with remaining skin ingredients into smooth dough
2. 将粉团分成小等份,包入适量的馅料,搓成小圆球。
2. Divide dough into small equally portion and wrap in filling, shape into small balls
3. 煮滚半锅水,放入小圆球煮至浮起即可,捞出,沾上椰丝,便可进食。
3. Boil half pot of water, scud the Onde-onde until afloat, dish out and coat with grated coconut.
