Ingredient A:
Oreo biscuit without cream - 250g
Butter - 125g
Ingredient B:
Cream Cheese - 500g
Castor sugar - 200g
Whipping cream - 400ml
Lemon Peel - 2 fruits
Lemon Juice - 6 tbsp
Ingredient C:
Gelatin - 3 tbsp.
Cold Water - 100ml
(After soak double boil until melted)
Method:
1. Combine A crushed oreo biscuit and melted butter into 9inch loose pan then chilled.
2. Beat cream cheese and castor sugar until smooth, add in whipping cream, lemon peel,
lemon juice and C. Blend beat until smooth pour the cheese mixture onto the prepared
crumb crust.
