椒子蒜米炒明虾
这是一道我喜爱煮的菜肴,也是送饭的好佳肴。用为戒口了一段时间,今天就煮了这道
菜肴。家人吃的好开心,特别是老公。
材料 :Ingredients
300g 明虾 King prawns
1 tbsp 姜末 chopped ginger
2 tbsp 蒜茸 chopped garlic
10 粒小葱头 shallots (sliced)
适量 红辣椒 (剁碎)red chillies
2 tbsp 青葱粒 chopped spring onion
调味料 :Seasoning
1 tbsp 蚝油 oyster sauce
1 tbsp 鱼露 fish sauce
适量 黑酱油 dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp 盐 salt
1/2 tsp 鸡精粉 chicken stock powder
做法 : Method
1. 明虾用热油以大火炸熟至金黄色,捞起,沥除油份。
1. Deep fry prawns in hot oil over high heat until cooked and golden brown. Dish out and
drain well.
2. 锅里留 2 大匙热油, 加入姜末,蒜茸,小葱头及红辣椒同炒香浓。
2. Leave 2 tbsp hot oil in wok to stir fry briskly ginger, garlic, shallots and chillies until
aromatic.
3. 加入明虾和调味料快速翻炒片刻, 撒上青葱粒,即可上桌。
3. Add the prawns and seasoning, stirring constantly until well combined, sprinkle with spring
onion. Serve at once.
